Custom Turkish peshtemal towel & pareo towel weaving
We weave the Turkish peshtemal towels on our dobby looms (for striped designs) or jacquard looms (for complex designs), in different textures and thicknesses.
For a custom Peshtemal towel production, the minimum order is 500 peshtemal (fouta) per personalized design, if the color is chosen is in our color panel.
The minimum will be 1000 towels per design if it has to be woven with a specific Pantone color code.
For pestemal towels in solid dye and / or stonewashed types, the minimum is 300 foutas per Pantone color. Please note that the stonewashed fouta is first dyed entirely in the desired color, then after a stone washing process, the fouta is aged (washed out). From one dye to another, the color tone can differ, which makes each fouta unique as in washed denims. You can see our models of stonewashed Turkish peshtemal towels in stock here.
Concerning custom terry Turkish peshtemal manufacture, the minimum would be 1500 towels/custom design, in 2 different colorways.
We then personalize the towels with your specific customizations to your effigy such as embroidery, screen printing, logo label and custom packaging.

Custom terry towels and bath sheets
In the same way, we manufacture all custom-made terry towels according to your specifications:

We weave bath towels with and without border, in chiselled terry (jacquard relief) in solid dye or in yarn dyed, depending on the type of towel desired.
Beach towels, bath mats, terry slippers and terry headbands are among the products we manufacture.
Towel with custom design all over printed by sublimation
We manufacture all-over printed bath towels and beach towels, we print your own design all over the entire surface of the towel.
The printing (textile digital print) is carried out by sublimation on the peach-skin effect side of the towel, microfiber with a pleasant and soft touch. The printing perfectly shows the colors and details of any type of design, it is the best solution for an incomparable and above all durable print quality.
The back of the towel is very absorbent and soft terry cotton.
Printing can also be done on a 100% microfiber towel, if lower price is requested.
The main towels sizes are:
- 30x50 cm (11x19 inch)
- 50x100 cm (19x39 inch)
- 70x140 cm (27x55 inch)
- 100x150 cm (39x59 inch)
but we make also tailor made sizes according to the quantities, such as the maxi beach towels in 150x150 cm. The weights can vary according to the request but we mainly work in 300 and 350 gsm towel fabric.

Custom made bathrobe and poncho
To create a custom bathrobe, poncho and dressing gown, please tell us which fabric is right for you:

as well as the colors and the cut (kimono, shawl collar or even with hood).
We will make them with the utmost care, also for baby and child bath linen, we manufacture everything needed for childcare: bath cape towel, bathrobe, poncho and terry bib.
Terry cloth fabric for printers
For textile professionals printers, we manufacture different terry fabrics capable of being printed using different printing techniques such as screen printing, digital printing, sublimation.
We developed for printers who wanted a quality terry cloth with non-removable cotton loops on one side, and a soft velvet (peach skin effect in PES) on the other side which could be printed all-over the fabric.
This double-sided terry cloth will have a perfectly smooth printed side, without mottled effect and much more qualitative than a conventional microfiber (which is entirely synthetic).
We also manufacture towels and bath sheets with polyester border for printing or embroidery. Printing can be both screen printing and digital printing, in both cases the printing will be impeccable.
The terry side can be dyed in the custom Pantone color, the PES strip will remain white.
